Leeds Fed wanted to undertake a strategic review of their branding and assess if it accurately depicted their personality, and if not decide how best to develop it to make it more relevant.
Browndog was tasked with creating a framework that would enable this process, whilst involving key stakeholders and ensuring buy-in right from the outset.
Firstly we conducted our brand review workshop, inviting key management and team members to participate and describe their thoughts on the brand. As part of the process we uncovered real disconnect between the brand perception, and how it actually appeared visually. This gave us a strong foundation to work from, and empowered us to adapt the brand to reflect the warmth, people focus and willingness to help that typified the organization. The result? A refreshed brand, a stronger supporting colour palette and imagery, and an image much more in keeping with Leeds Fed’s approach.
