What have we achieved?

It’s not lost on us that each year, agencies need to find new ways of educating and creating awareness with new and existing clients about the benefits of a managed PPC service. As many of our clients have looked to tighten their marketing budgets, we’ve sought ways to bring added value and demonstrate how PPC should be seen not as a cost, but as an investment with excellent returns.

Throughout the year, we’ve continued to work with our longstanding clients and welcomed new businesses from a variety of industries, with varying budgets. It’s important to us that all of our clients understand, no matter what your budget, we’ll treat your pounds like they’re ours, and we won’t be happy unless we’re providing the best possible return on investment.

We’re pleased to share that across the Google Ads accounts that we manage, we’ve seen an average return on ad spend of 730%, effectively giving our clients back £7.30 for every £1 they spent with Google.

Client 1:
A new client joined us late this year with a highly successful PPC account, and gave us the opportunity to demonstrate our abilities, beginning in November. On our first Black Friday weekend working together, we delivered 162% more revenue from just a 73% uplift in spend, when compared to the previous year.

Moreover, on our first full month managing their account, we were able to beat their ‘best month ever’ and hit our target of £50k revenue from their combined Google Ads search and shopping strategy.

Client 2:
We’ve worked with this client for many years and we’re so pleased to have delivered a staggering return on investment. For every £1 spent on Google Ads, we delivered £13 in return.

We were able to deliver 43% more revenue from a 38% uplift in spend, increasing their ROAS from 1255% (2021-2022) to 1297%. Over the course of the year, we helped them to achieve record numbers, delivering £207,593 from a spend of just £16,004.

Client 3:
Another new client within the SAAS industry, who joined us late in 2022 saw 75% more enquiries with just a 50% increase in spend. Crucially, we were able to bring their cost per acquisition down from £62.23 to just £30.49 in 12 months.

Although the client has spent more (£19,625 this year compared to £10,018) than last year, they have reaped the rewards through a higher rate of enquiries and an overall reduction of more than 50% in their CPA.
