Making a stand

Who are Unit4?

Unit 4 are Financial Software Developers that create a variety of software to help businesses with their admin needs; allowing them to be more efficient and productive. They work with a range of partners develop to their software systems functionality for different customers and every year host an exhibition and conference to bring everyone together.

The Brief

We have worked with Unit 4 on their exhibitions for over 13 years, with our most recent one being in 2018. They approached us needing a full exhibition project management and design, and we were happy to deliver.

Creating space

Following brand guidelines from a previous exhibition held in Europe, we designed, artworked and produced over 200 panels for Unit 4: Creating Space. This included panels for Unit 4’s centrepiece stand that featured in the middle of the room, surrounded by all their partner stands that followed the same look and feel.

We worked on material goods such as hanging banners that surrounded the venue and the presentation stage; plus outdoor flags that directed delegates to the entrance.

Finding the way

There was also the reception desk and signage elements, that aided visitors in registering; collecting merchandise and finding their way around.

Altogether we managed and produced 17 exhibition environments, all of which were overseen by a member of our team through their build to ensure they looked brilliant.
